Refund policy?

To receive a refund on non-custom/themed orders the customer must address any issues with goods day of delivery. We do not issue cash back refunds only store credit. We apologize that any items were not to your liking and welcome all feedback to better your next experience.

Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom/themed orders.

Deposits?

We require payment in full for any non-custom or themed cupcakes, macaroons, sugar cookies, cake pops, chocolate covered fruit, mini cakes, and drip cakes. Only after confirmation of payment can we schedule a date for pick up or delivery.

Custom or themed orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. This deposit/payment will be due at the time of ordering.

How long do cakes or cookies last?

Cupcakes last 2-3 days if sealed air-tight in a container. Cookies can last up to 7 days if sealed in an airtight container.

How long does chocolate-covered fruit last?

Fruit is best eaten day of but can be enjoyed up to 3 days after receiving if kept refrigerated.

How to order?

You can order through the website, Facebook, Instagram, or through texting our business number.

Call ahead orders?

All orders must be placed at least a week prior. Any exceptions are at the owner’s discretion.

Prepay?

All orders must be paid for in advance either through cash, Cashapp, Paypal, or Square.

Can I order a flavor not offered on the menu?

Unfortunately, no, but KJ’s Gourmet Bakery is always looking for new ideas and inspirations for flavors.

Do you ship nationwide?

KJ’s Gourmet Bakery is currently working on ways to ship baked goods. We will keep our customers updated when this service is available.

What is the earliest I can receive baked goods?

Orders will be available for pick up or delivery during business hours. Any orders needed before or after hours can be discussed at the owner’s discretion.

How are we prepared for COVID-19?

KJ’s Gourmet Bakery takes precaution when making all baked goods and handling all transactions with clients. All cook wear is cleaned and sanitized before making all sweet treats. Transactions, pick-ups, and deliveries are handled with the utmost protection (face mask/ covering & hand sanitizer).
