So, the number one question I get asked is why baking? I have been cooking since I was around the age of ten and throughout my teenage-years I made cakes, cookies, and brownies. I grew up watching cooking shows and loved learning the different cooking/baking techniques. I am mostly self-taught and with the help of family got better at it. Being your own chef is exciting, I feel very accomplished and love bringing friends and family my baked goods. I have dived further into this hobby because of Covid-19. Much like many of my friends, I took my favorite past time and turned it into a business. From finding my own vendor, designing my own logo, and learning what it takes to be a business owner. It is not easy, but I am so happy that I took this leap of faith.
